Friendly employees, easy location on finding what I was looking for, clean space

The associates, especially Hannah and Krista! They are absolutely amazing. They always recognize us and are so helpful! They treat us like they would treat their friends and family. This location has the most amazing staff. Saxton is also awesome!

The customer service is excellent. Its nice to walk into a store and be greeted with a smile.

The Sales Lady Taylor was very nice, I shown her picture and she had what I was looking for and gave information I did not know about. Was very happy.

The sales associate was able to answer the question I asked regarding new charms that I saw in the catalog and was interested in purchasing but did not see in the display. She explained that they were not released yet and when they would be. I also inquired about jewelry boxes and was told that they are usually not sold separately but part of a special purchase / gift set and to watch for something around the Mother's day April 12 launch.
