pandora is well known,so i know this brand is trustable ,and service on micmac location is fast, and the sale person assist me is nice and approchable.

I find that the store does not have the selection that we are used to having. I wanted a birthday / friendship charm for March and there was very few selections.

There's always room for emprovement. There could have been another consultant but with what's going on its understandable as hours are cut. Otherwise there used to only be 1 staff member during regular times and that's not overly acceptable.

it was a small store. only 1 employee working. it was busy and smelled bad. out of my price range for most items it was greasy too.

The lady helping me wasn’t spelling my name right I told her over and over again. We couldn’t find my account :( overall I was satisfied besides for that one road bump! Still love pandora just a bit upset she wasn’t taking her time she just wanted me to sight up when I already have an acc

I do not go to pandora often so I wasn’t used to the store. The price for your gold selection is also very high especially when you compare it to the silver.

The sales associate didn't seem to sure regarding the information she was giving me. She continued to check with the manager about little details throughout the visit. The manger was a great help throughout the visit and made sure all the little issues was resolved regarding the return.
