There was only one sales person and she had to wait on many customers so it was kind of tricky to have her undivided attention!

There was an offer ,like buy 1 get 30% off and so on.I bought a bracelet but the ones with 30% in my size 18 wasn't available,just larger sizes like 19 or bigger,so I could not take advantage of the sale items.

The wait time in the store for a sales associate was long. I was on my lunch break from work and did not have much time. There were only two sales associates working and my wait time was at least 20 minutes even though I already new what charms I wanted to purchase.

I had some items that I was hoping to purchase from the "Last Chance" items I saw online but was told everything had been "sent back" . I encountered this same thing on my last visit. I think I may have to go to the Halifax Shopping Center the next time I make a purchase. I found that there was more selection at the Halifax Shopping Center.

I like the promotions get more for your money

...the store manager, Krista, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and intuitive....

I was hoping to purchase a bracelet that was on sale for $59.00 but there we only three and they we all large sizes

I was satisfied as much as I could be that day, it was not a good day in general for me, nothing to do with the store or staff at all, they really know their stuff

When I got home and was on the website I read that I should have received a special holiday gift for the purchase I made. Wasn't mentioned to me in store.

There we no issues at all, the staff were friendly and service was as a customer would expect when making a purchase at your store. There was no reason to go above and beyond during my visit. Therefore I rate my visit to your store as a satisfied customer and will definitely return.
