I liked how it looked. I also liked the customer experience. I found finding what I anted very easy and fast.

In my opinion, Pandora charms becomes a beautiful symbol and i really love them. I always want to buy at least one charm to celebrate and commemorate all of my life’s biggest moments, for example: birthday, wedding anniversary...

I think for the price of a charm they should be life time warrenty

I feel there is always room for improvement. If you mark everything exceptional, there is no reason to keep trying. I enjoyed my experience, the staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and they make me feel welcome and at home every time I visit this location. The manager did an awesome job with employees at this store. Hannah is EXCEPTION !! She is very personable and the main reason I frequent this store.

Actually it is good experience but sometimes they cannot provide products that i really like.

1. The sales should sterilize ear rings before and after customers try them on. 2. If the sales put the jewelry on a tray with a flannel cloth on it when they show them to customers, it makes the jewelry looks more high quality and valuable also protect the jewelry.

Last week I bought something like bracelet and charms and paid around $212, on Mar.23th, but the assistance didn't tell me that I can enjoy $10 off my next purchase of $100 or more if I take the survey. I didn't know this survey until yesterday. Therefore, yesterday I bought other charms and paid around $200 didn't enjoy the $10.
