The item that was to be exchanged due to second time that it broke within 6 mths of purchase, was not in stock. So we were given a gift card instead. A lot of pandora merchandise has been breaking ALOT lately. It is not the best quality anymore & your warranty policy has now been changed so we cannot rely on this anymore which is very disappointing. I am considered a VIP customer but certainly do not feel this way anymore. If my charms, bracelets, rings, pendants, chains, etc keep breaking, then maybe I will reconsider my purchases at Pandora in the future.

My mi amor black heart clip broke & I lost the heart. I’m very disappointed that nothing could be done. I realize that it is retired, but still thought it could be sent out for repair. But apparently Pandora doesn’t do that anymore?! Please rethink this! As this is one of the many reasons I come back to Pandora, customer service & satisfaction are huge! There are not many clips to choose from anymore, especially dangles! Also, please bring back the books!

I didn't say that I was not satisfied. I knew one thing that I wanted and wasn't sure about what else I wanted. I do wish that when you by a gift card from a particular store that you could use it at any pandora.

My mom had a sizing issue with her previous bracelet purchased which they sized her for, they didn't care. My 3 charms were dropped on the floor and under the counter, they had to be retrieved with a broom. I should have received new charms. I am very careful with my items and before even receiving, the being dropped on the floor is unacceptable in my opinion...

Usually I have wonderful experiences when I go into Pandora, which my sister & I go quite often! I do realize that this is the Holiday Season, & staffing & merchandise availability can be jeopardized, but my shopping experience this time wasn't up to the Pandora standards that I know & trust, which I'm very sorry to report. There were 2 separate staff that helped me on 2 separate times in the same day. The first staff was not very polite & was not very knowledgeable with the merchandise & didn't seem too interested in spending the time with me, almost annoyed. The second staff was not knowledgeable AT ALL, & kept looking at her Apple watch, reading her messages & checking the time, yawning, & too busy looking & listening to everyone else. Now, I do realize that this was a major boxing day sale, but this is simply no excuse!

The assistant manager samatha helped us. She Was not properly wearing her mask and made us all very uncomfortable, especially due to the rising cases associated with omicron. The rest of the staff were great

My granddaughters ring broke so I took it in to exchange it. The manager said I would have to bring my granddaughter in with me so that she (manager) could get the right size. I know the size is stamped on the ring and asked her why she couldn't just get the same size but she refused. I had to make a second trip to the city with my granddaughter. The staff on that day were basically untrained. They did manage to look up what to do, and found the ring purchase on their computer, and exchanged the ring. !. Why did't the store Manager, check the size on the ring instead of making me arrange time during my granddaughters busy day to have to go all the way back to the store. 2. Why did't the store Manager just look up the purchase on her computer to check the purchase date, etc.
