The salespeople were extremely friendly and helpful, they considered our budget and other information to provide suggestions while allowing time for us to discuss and decide. They remained available for additional questions without being pushy. Excellent experience and not only did we come away with a Christmas gift, we left with ideas on other possible gifts (one which we will return to purchase as soon as we determine the appropriate size).

Sam and I think the other girl's name was Michelle, were very very helpful and knowledgeable. Sam was very friendly and helped my daughter pick out special pieces for her 16th birthday. we will be purchasing more for sure
