The store was so pleasant to walk into and to be greeted immediately by a service rep. The knowledge and time Anna took with us to pick out exactly what I wanted was very refreshing. Great customer service

I came to Pandora with a problem and I was greeted by Samantha an amazing lady and she couldn't do enough for me. She fixed my problem and a couple of weeks or so I had to make another visit to Pandora. I called first and and I was told to come in and we would fix the problem. In I go and who was there but Samantha who greeting me with her friendly smile. She fixed my problem again and I was very satisfied. You sure do have a winner, treat her good she deserves it.
