After an absolutely dreadful experience with the Barrie location, Jennifer Stephanie and Vanessa all went out of their way to try and make my experience with pandora better. After having the Barrie location not exchange my size within 30 days with a receipt and even after calling customer service and them talking to the lady there and she still wouldn’t help me. Cookstown was fantastic i love them and will never go to the Barrie location. Ever. Again. After having a rude associate/leader not sure what she was. Stephanie vanessa and Jennifer were amazing at cookstown. And I’d love to be contacted to say more about my experience with Barrie but the survey has expired. Thank you cookstown you’re awesome.

The customer service was excellent. The associate was amazing and very helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to show me everything i needed and more.

I felt important form the moment I entered the store. Although there were customers ahead of me, I was welcomed upon entering the store, and was reassured during my wait that someone would be with me shortly. Once Teresa P was with me, she ensured that friendly service was provided. Teresa P listened to what I thought I was looking for and helped me throughout, until I made my choices. Fabulous customer service throughout. Other staff on site was friendly as well. Such a lovely experience. Thank you.

Tatiana was an unbelevable sales person. She was professional and at the same time very personable. She was so willing to take the time and interest to make sure I saw wonderful choices for the gifts and personal items I wanted to/and did purchase. I had called first to make sure one of the items I wanted was in stock and Teresa was so helpful as well.I have decided that this will be the Pandora store I will always go to from now on.

Teresa was extremely knowledgeable and I just came in to browse and purchased pieces I did not I needed. She shared the new products but made me aware of the sales.

I travel over an hour to the tangler mall to visit pandora not only because i love the product but mostly because Teresa who always helps me is the most friendly kind pleasant and fun beautiful person I have ever met. She is always so bubbbly and always happy to see you and makes you feel like your family. I will continue visiting that location and will most definitely recommend to others.

Because Teresa was there and she is absolutely amazing. Anytime I make a purchase and she’s there she always makes me feel good about it. She always has amazing customer service and a great bubbly personality.
