The store manager Theresa was lively and friendly. She made great product recommendations and provided honest feedback, which was very much appreciated. She also took the time to boost all of her team members at every opportunity. She was constantly cheering them on and encouraging them while simultaneously assisting me. It was a great first experience visiting Pandora.
