Teresa was absolutely AMAZING. Me, my mom, and my sister in law came into the store to browse around and Teresa was right there and greeted up with the most beautiful smile. She explained all the promotions going on in such a thorough way. She spent the entire time we were in store showing us items we’ve requested and as well would show suggestions of her own from what she thought we would like. Every item she would show it’s like she knew us forever and exactly what we like. What went it as just “browsing” ended up being a shopping spree of the most beautiful, meaningful, and sweet items. All of us ended purchasing beautiful necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelet, and charms. I have never met a worker that is more passionate, caring, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic as her. I definitely will be coming back to the location and hope she will be there to greet us and help us once again as if she’s not there it won’t feel the same. She made the experience amazing and could not thank her enough for all the assistance she provided. Teresa you’re amazing and your hard word does not go unnoticed and wish we can express our appreciation beyond just this survery.

After 6 months of not returning to Pandora Cookstown I finally make my way back because my favorite associate has returned. She is and always be a breath of fresh air to assist me. Nows what you want and has an energy that doesn't stop. Love it ♥️
