I have never been treated so kindly and efficiently in my shopping experience in any store ever. The associates were team players, knowledgeable and very efficient. I had a problem and they fixed it without hesitation. I will definitely return to this location instead of barrie . I was treated very poorly at the barrie location and Cookstown is worth the drive. Thank you Teresa P. For helping me and treating me like I matter. I can't say enough about this store and location. I will spread the cheer and great experience that I had. Thank you for listening. The associate there , Simran, always makes it a worthwhile visit. I get to explore and try so many products without being rushed or pushed to buy. It’s because of her that the experience is highly satisfying.

Jennifer the sales person was very friendly and very knowledgeable about which charms were available. She helped me choose the perfect gift for my niece.

This was my first time at this Pandora location. The sales women was very and helped me find the charms I was interested in. They had a very good selection of sales items and I was able to purchase a number of charms that weren't available at my usual store. I am looking forward to coming to this location again to see what other new reduced charms are available.

The sales associate, Tatiana, greeted us, asked if we needed help, was not pushy, and helped us whenever we needed assistance. She also recommended certain charms that would compliment my bracelet.
