I've actually purchased my items using the social media account of Pandora Cookstown and will be asking to have my items shipped to my house. Tatiana is very accommodating and responds very quickly to my inquiries, she checks the stock right away when I have a query. On the phone, she is very courteous and friendly.

Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tatiana who was very quick to respond to my IG queries and was just wonderful when I got the chance to speak with her over the phone to confirm my purchase. She was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Please know that you have a GEM in Tatiana, she is an asset to your enterprise. Kudos for finding her, she is awesome!

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because Teresa made me feel so welcomed in the store. She was so happy and energetic and I could tell she was genuinely excited we were there and that she lives what she does.

Teresa went above and beyond helping pick out the perfect gift for my nieces Confirmation. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating and made shopping with kids an easy experience. The associate Vanessa was an excellent help and very knowledgeable on the products she was patient and very pleasant to deal with. We had to return to the shop as it was busy. Ther was another associate there who was more interested in talking to her friend than acknowledging customers and then proceeded to but in to our transaction my daughter and I were not happy as Vanessa was doing a great job and did not need this womans imput.
