Staff was very focused. She gave suggestions. She looked for sizes without hesitations.

I was very satisfied with my experience because I got covid during the time I was planning on doing an exchange but couldn’t due to quarantine and being I’ll. However, after explaining this to the employee, she made the exception of doing the exchange for me past the policy day in this unique situation. This lead me to spend more in store that day because I was very appreciative. Great service!

Teresa, the manager of this store, knew what my mom, sister, and I wanted. She exactly knew our taste. She recommended some products and those were all beautiful and wanted to get them all. She was working hard and friendly and satisfied all of us more than enough. We would love to revisit this store to see her. To add on, if I could, I would love to rate her 100. I was honoured to meet her. It was the best shopping ever I had.

As soon as I entered the store I was immediately greeted with a smile. Once I was settled in the store, I got the friendliest approach and the lady (Teresa) who helped me was not only kind but extremely knowledgeable about things i was looking for, even old charms that have been gone for years. She helped me find the exact kind of ring I was looking for along with adding MANY items to my wish list. She did not push me about anything. Overall 10/10 experience

The store is always well organized. Display cases show the latest in retired pieces or new pieces. Staff are always welcoming and never make you wait to be looked after

I have visited the Cookstown Otlet Pandora and Irina and the Store Manager took time to explain about the items i was interested in. Highly Recommend this store.
