I had two Pandora bracelets that I had not worn in 2 years. When I took them out of my drawer I was in disbelief with how tarnished they had become. I contemplated throwing them out, but on a trip to Tanger Outlets I decided to bring them with me and that's where I met Teresa. Her kind approach and positive attitude, she assured me she would be able to bring these bracelets back to life. Without her personal care and attention to my Pandora bracelets, I would not have continued to be a customer. This experience with her truly changed my opinion of Pandora and I will now continue to be a returning customer. Teresa truly cares about her customers and their happiness with purchase.

My sale associate Teresa had outstanding product knowledge and amazing customer service skills she made me feel extremely welcomed and at home. She was able to help me pick out different styles and metal colours when I was unaware of what would suit my skin tone best. She was extremely accommodating and very helpful, I was very very satisfied during my entire visit at this location and will defiantly be returning back and recommending it to all my friends and family.

My sales rep was Tatiana V and she was remarkable! I have been in there many times but never for myself. She answered every question I had and had wonderful suggestions that I did end up purchasing. Very patient and kind!
