Bought a great gift with the grate price

I had been looking online for a specific ring, and unfortunately, it wasn't available to purchase online. My local store didn't carry the product I wanted, and I happened to be in Cookstown today, so I popped into the Pandora there and found what I wanted. The staff were fantastic with helping me pick my purchases.

The store manager was amazing and so was the rest of her staff. Helped find charms that made sense to me

Vanessa T assisted me during my visit to Pandora, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Vanessa was able to show me clips from the new collection and how they would look on my bracelet. Charms that I wanted were available. I was also told about the door crasher bracelets which I did end up purchasing one of those as well.

The Customer Service is always a BIG PLUS.

Stephanie was knowledgeable and very efficient. She mentioned the promotion of the jewellery box if we spent a set amount. I was going to, but previously spent a few weeks ago a few hundred at Pandora. I mentioned a ring I previously purchased from Pandora and she offered to clean it, which was amazing customer service when I spent under $100. Of all the times visiting Pandora, that was the first time this had ever been offered. Great customer service, thank you Stephanie :-)

Teresa as usual is always so helpful. She helped me put together my daughters sweet 16 gift. I never leave unsatisfied.

The cookstown Pandora location always has charms that I’m looking for. Those charms are either the discontinued charms, last chance charms, and also just a good selection in general. The sales representatives are also very friendly here compared to the location closer to where I live.
