She was empathetic caring so helpful and she added a sweet little note on behalf of Pandora letting my friend know that we’re all rooting for her. I got my beauties with great deals, and it's worthy to wait for such a long time.

My entire order was done on-line through IG and shipping done by UPS due to the provincial closure to in-store shopping for non-essential items. This was the 2nd order I've placed this way recently with Pandora Cookstown and have been extremely pleased with the entire process. Sales associate Natasha was a pleasure to deal with, and my delivery was received within 24 hrs. Fantastic on-line shopping experience!

I’m mainly highly satisfied with my experience with the sales associate. The speed, professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm to please is way beyond any experience I’ve had at any Pandora store and by far exceeds any experience I’ve had in any retail situation.
