Tatiana was so helpful. I am new to Pandora and was buying a gift for a coworker who’s retiring. She was wonderful to make suggestions, check availability, made sure I didn’t order items that wouldn’t fit on her bracelet and made everything so easy. I now want Pandora items sir myself and have let my husband know. Lol

Appreciate the help of the sales lady Tatiana. We used insta gram to create a in home shopping experience , she sent me many photos. i spent a lot of money . We were both happy at the end of the purchase .. I bought some nice gifts for the future .

Due to the lockdown, I placed an order over the phone. The manager at this location is amazing. I am a frequent customer but had a 'not so pleasant' experience with one of the employees the last time I had visited this location. This time, I was fortunate to get the manager on the phone who went above and beyond and I felt very welcome and appreciated. She even offered free shipping when I said that I won't be able to come in to pickup until the following week. I got my items delivered the very next day. Needless to say, I will be returning soon for more Pandora !!

Before coming to this pandora outlet, I had visited the vaughan mills pandora store where i was treated in an extremely rude manner by a sales associate.

Teresa was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable shopping in the store. She was especially very helpful and knowledgeable :)
