Even tho it was a busy time of year and there was a lineup outside the sails associates were fast and friendly and VERY accommodating to get people in and out while being safe and following the guide lines. Also Julia-Lynn was AWSOME in helping me find to right charm and was super friendly! I would totally go back to the Pandora store at the Cookstown outlet to buy more.
