The associate who assisted us (Julia) was very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife was looking for a charm to represent her grandmother, as she recently passed, and Julia offered a few recommendations; we ended up going with one of her suggestions - the angel charm. Julia made the experience an enjoyable one.

The sales lady named Tatiana # 153017 was very patient in showing me different styles of the bracelet Pandora as I have a very tiny thin hands. She was very pleasant and patient with me, in bringing and trying so many different styles until I got the one that fits my hand. The manager was a pleasant lady too. she came and helped me as well. I just loved this store. People there are such wonderful groups of lades. I would definitely recommended it to all my friends.

Jacee was very friendly. She greeted me as soon as I came in and then was able to answer all my questions in regard to what I was looking for. Suggested a gift certificate if I wanted to make sure I get the right gift. As far as sizes she checked in other locations just to be sure. Was fine with me not purchasing everything I looked at.

After that, she asked if I needed to cross others off of my holiday shopping list and then helped me find gifts for 2 others. I was so happy with everything I got, I even decided to come back another time and buy a care kit from here. It is nice to see someone so positive and helpful during these stressful times
