I went into store looking for a particular item. The staff were very helpful in trying to locate what I was looking for. Very courteous and professional.

This experience was good the staff was friendly and ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. They assured me that would have no problems exchanging my ring. They cleaned each item I tried on and the one I exchanged. Love this store will deffinently be going back. Amazing

It's very pleasant experience this time. However, I had to wait for someone whenever needed. Right now the store improves this problem with setting up one associate deals with the instagram account at a certain time on some week days. Well done, Pandora.

Upon entering the store I was greeted and told that I would be served next. Sales person was always curious to know exactly what I was interested in. Kept asking questions and kept asking if I wanted to see items that were on display or just even in stock.

I absolutely adore our sales rep that we got! She is always willing to show you anything and everything without Hearst’s ting if it’s slowing her down. Always happy and willing to served her customers!

Tatiana from the Cookstown location was vey nice and professional. She was able to provide me with all the details about the products and even went as far as sharing her experiences to help me with my purchases.

This was my first time at this location. The associate Teresa was amazing. She was knowledgeable and able to make recommendations based on my wants. She knew exactly where to find things and listened to what I wanted. Didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything but made appropriate suggestions. Would definitely would like to deal with her again.
