This is the only Pandora location I will go to now. Other stores don't have the same service. It is an outlet and may not have the same products but worth the wait!

The store was not busy. I did not have to wait in line to get in the store. Staff was friendly and helpful. I told the staff member that assisted me that I was looking for something sparkly and she recalled an item that they had just received that was perfect for my bracelet and was a great bargain! It makes a customer feel like they are not being pressured to purchase that highest priced items, which earns a customer's trust that the staff are genuine in their recommendations. I appreciate this instead of just being seen as someone to get money out of. It makes me want to return not just for the product but for the staff. I am a customer who holds loyalty to companies and staff that provide great customer service and don't take customers for granted. I only shop this location for that reason.
