I was highly satisfied with my experience as the associate was highly knowledgeable about the products pandora has to offer. Despite recently being in another pandora store we were unaware that products came with warranties, this associate provided us with this new information. I was also unaware that pandora offer a ring cleaning service. The associate offered to clean my ring while we waited.

The staff I dealt with (Theresa the Manager), and Jaclyn were absolutely and completely the greatest associates I have EVER had the pleasure to deal with!! I will NEVER go to another Pandora location because each and every single time I go to Cookstown, I feel like they've known me and my daughters for a lifetime! This location needs to get a 10+ rating (out of 5) because they are ALWAYS so happy, accommodating, honest and truly and truthfully the greatest ladies I've ever had the pleasure to meet. This was not my 1st, 2nd or 3rd visit to this location, BUT it is the ONLY location I will ever go to because of the staff!!! You should be honored and extremely proud Cookstown!!! What a dynamite and extraordinary experience and team!!! Thank you!!
