The Sales Manager Diana G was fantastic... she always is. She and her entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and they make shopping at their store an experience. This is my store of choice. I hadn't been there in months but they remembered me, greeted me by name. I came for one silver dangle and left with a gold ring, 4 silver and the original charm I came for. I recommend this store to everyone.

Teresa was phenomenal. We came in as a group and she helped us all at once, along with other customers. She knew where everything was and made great recommendations.

My locket ring came loose and due to that I lost 2 petites. I was actually worried pandora won’t fix nor allow me to return the item because it was used. I came to pandora to buy a gift for my cousin.. Simran (sales representative) was approachable, I addressed my concern of possibly fixing the locket, she replaced it new because it’s only been few months since buying the product. She was patient and I was very happy, I felt acknowledged, so I bought additional bracelet and more charms for myself because I gained confidence in pandora again. Walked away with two bracelets filled with charms, bought petites to fill in my new ring. Thank you - Simran for your exceptional service.. I live in Markham, but I feel to travel extra miles for the service I received in this location .

Diana and Tatiana were very friendly and very knowledgeable of the product. I went into the store not knowing what to purchase formy daughter a new mother. Diana put together the most beautiful necklace consisting of a heart necklace with both letters of my granddaughters she then put in the princess crowns making it so precious.. I am delighted with the necklace and will be back to have Diana put together a necklace for myself with all of my grandchildren's initials. Best service ever!!! Oh and I ended up the babies birth charm as well !!!

The sales associate was very friendly and was really passionate about her job. She was a pleasure to work with to help me put together a special piece of jewelry. She went over and beyond her expectations of customer service.
