The sales clerk was very helpful. My initial interest in a particular bracelet was changed when I asked the sales clerk about a more delicate chain. She found one that was perfect and suggested it to me which I ended up buying.

No matter when I visit the store, the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable. Always willing to recommend and suggest different ways to enjoy the jewelry. Always a good experience.

I was highly satisfied because, I knew what I wanted and Krista, the sales person knew right away and pulled it out. The correct size was in stock also. She still the time out to show me other charms, so I ended up purchasing more for a gift. The Krista was very friendly and pleasant.

I actually went in with a friend, she was looking for a "gift" for herself. She and I were dealt with almost immediately by a very nice girl,Libby. She was very patient, and showed us lots of earrings. When she was finished with my friend I had a few questions and she found something for me that was perfect. My shopping experience was wonderful.

Excellent service from Libby! It’s just too bad that Pandora doesn’t give away the ornaments anymore, instead of charging for them. It is a nice incentive for customers especially those who buy a lot of pandora! I consider myself a VIP with Pandora, & it’s nice to have the little perks!😉

Very efficient service. The sales person helped me pick according to my preference. I especially liked the service while waiting outside the store. I didn’t have to wait long and my name was called by the associate when it came my time to come in.

Krista was very kind and helped me pick out the Harry Potter pendant. She also showed me a very options on necklaces which I will be returning for soon. Great customer service!

The ease of ordering and curbside pickup was excellent however this was my first visit to this store and the mall location was hard to navigate into as a driver. Staff was excellent.
