We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. The associate told us about the promotion going on and proceeded to serve us in an enthusiatic and knowledgeable manner. We were only planning on browsing but ended up buying a bracelet and charms. We were very pleased with our experience and felt welcomed and valued in the store.

The manager of the store assisted me with my braclet.. I was unable to close it on my own.. while there I ended up buying another one and a couple charms. I wasn’t pressured at all.
