I visited this Pandora Store on vacation in Halifax looking for East Coast specific charms and found 3! Also a charm I wasn't able to get at home. Fantastic staff and selection!

today I was served by the most helpful woman on the planet. at first, I could not say her name because it was so different but she helped me pronounce it in the nicest way. I first thought it was eve or nieve but she told me it was Niamh. she was so kind and helpful for my whole experience in this pleasant environment. the rest of the staff were lovely and told me what I picked was the best for me. I would defiantly return for this splendid customer service. and would seek out this Niamh girl because I do believe she is the best and always has my interests in my mind. she also told me about the whole history of Pandora, like how the charms are all handmade and originally made in Copenhagen. she was so helpful.

Every time I go to this location (or any locations) I am always greeted by the sales associates and they are always willing to help and assist. The staff is always so friendly and remember returning customers including myself, even is it’s been months since the last time I was in the store.
