The sales associate was very attentive, and greeted me immediately when I entered the store. I was on a mission and she helped make this quick trip to Pandora very efficient and enjoyable. She provided me with new product information, and additional care information for the jewelry I was wearing without my prompting, which was appreciated.

The Salesperson remembered me from previous visits to this store at least 6 six months ago. It is rare to find staff as friendly as the employees at this store. She also offered to switch all of my charms to my new bracelet which were about 15 of them. Very pleased every time I shop at this store.
