The sales clerk was very friendly as the store was was very busy at the time. As soon as she was finished with her previous customer she was came over to help me with my purchase of my bracelet.

We purchased a Pandora bracelet in Jan 2018 in a jewellery store in Truro NS. The clasp broke while we were away. When we returned from vacation last week we called the store but it had gone out of business. We called the Halifax Shopping Centre and they said please bring it in. They replaced the clasp with no problem. At the same time we purchased a charm. On another note, before we called the Halifax store we called the 1-800 number (Pandora Canada) and we were very dissatisfied with our experience on the phone. We were basically told too bad so sad.

Customer service was great. The store is lovely and a wide selection.

The sales associate was very knowledgable about prices and products. She was eager to assist me and gave me honest feedback about which charms looked the best on my bracelet. She was very patient and switched the potential charms on and off of my bracelet as I decided which look I liked best. She didn't rush me and was extremely kind and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and was able to help me with my issue within a couple of minutes.

Love this store. They have everything I come into buy, and if not, they are able to order it in. Such friendly staff. I am there so often, they know me by my first name.
