Very satisfied with the store and service. Only in the store to purchase a gift. Do not intend to purchase other items unless for future gifts.

I asked an associate to clean my bracelet that I purchased few months ago and she refused saying she is too busy. She told me to come back again in another time where they are not so busy! She did not apologize to me. She just didn’t care and didn’t want to work any extra. Then another associate helped me with my purchase but also couldn’t clean my bracelet because she was told by the previous one not to do so. It is not easy for me to keep coming to the store as I have three young children and no one to help. I do love Pandora and I always buy from there. Just disappointing! Location: Halifax Shopping Centre.

I love Pandora. I have a lot of purchases. But I'm embarrassed when the staff can't find my information. And they couldn't find my purchase list.

I was very satisfied with my assistance, Jayesh. However, the lady who looks like a manager wasn’t very friendly. The staff, Jayesh, needed the manager’s help few times during my payment and she never smiled at me or the staff, Jayesh. It made me uncomfortable.
