The sales associate although friendly, was not as knowledgeable as I'd hoped. She would suggest items to me and later realize that infact they were not suited to my type of bracelet. A lot of time was wasted.

One of the two charms I planned to buy as presents, was not available in stock. However, Sarah M., the salesperson was able to offer other charms that were available and appropriate for the occasion.

The Pandora in Dartmouth is bigger, and has more of a selection compared to the Halifax location, in my opinion.

The website had a much larger selection and I am aware that it should but I looked at 15 different charms online and did not find any in store. When I went into the store there was soeone else buying something and three people were helping him.

Long wait to get service and the checkout process on the iPad took too long

The items I purchased were on sale, the associate did not know this until they were rang through, she did not know how to add or remove links to the bracelet, put them on upside down, felt very rushed but were the only customers in the store

When I walked into the store I was acknowledged by staff, but as they started to free up the continued to go to people who came in after me. 4 customers who entered the store after me where helped before me. Felt extremely ignored and wanted to leave, but I needed a gift from the store. Also no apology for the wait or the fact that 4 people where served before me

The salesperson (Bahare Z 202168) was very rude and not interested in serving me. If I didn't have to get a charm as a Christmas present, I would have left without purchasing anything. I asked to see more charms than what was in front of me and in the interest of social distancing I didn't want to circle all of the displays. I also have to use a cane and didn't want to get in other customers way. She refused to get other charm displays for me to see and said "we have 600 charms, you have to tell me which one you're looking for" after I had already told her that I didn't know which one. Every time I visit the Dartmouth location they have no issue letting me look at charms so I assumed the Halifax location would be the same. I had enough of her attitude and asked for a booklet, and while I was trying to flip through it quickly she kept glaring at me and looking at the time. Once I chose a charm, only then did she try to upsell me on two more expensive ones. I feel I would have been treated differently if I had been wearing nicer clothing then sweatpants as the other "better dressed" customers were being treated with more respect then I was.

Sales Associate didn't understand what she was doing. Requires training.
