Employee named LIBBY was so rude with me

Oopps....I must of hit the wrong button as I am and have always been completely satisfied with my purchase and with the knowledgable staff.

The product was supposed to be put on hold for me to pick up, but an associate had put it back on the shelf and it was almost sold. They did not ask to put iton An account name

when I went to your store the sales clerk treated me in a very condescending manner.I explained that the satin bracelet was unraveling and he told me that they no longer made this bracelet and it was not in his store, they could only do an exchange and I would need to go to another Pandora store which had the bracelet! this made me very unhappy but I told him that I wanted to return the product and purchase something else and just pay the difference he told me I could not do that so he had to check with his manager who agreed, to let me do this. I know that Pandora has a guarantee all of it products. I then asked to look at a ring and asked for a price and he said"oh it is $91" in a tone that said I could not afford it! my husband has purchased many items in this store and I would say that I WAS a good customer. I am so disappointment with my experience someone should say something to this guy, I feel that he should have been more respectful shame on him.unfortunately this will be my last purchase in your store
