Very friendly and knowledgeable! Willing to chat and help even though I slipped in half an hour before closing time :)

The sales associates are always friendly and helpful and most of all have a lot of patience. As sometimes it takes a bit of time to pick between several items you may want 🙂. I have a lot of Pandora product and love it all!

Both staff members were friendly, professional, and provided us with an array of options for what we were looking for. Although we were the only customers in the store, we did not feel pressured or rushed.

Devin is legit the best!! She needs a raise and I maybe go to the store for her service as she remembers me along with my wants. I can’t imagine going to someone else. She needs to be permanent along with a huge raise. I’ve made a friend in her

i went in browsing at rings and the two sale ladies (Yolanda & Libby) immediately gave a smile and a greeting which is a must! I mentioned i was browsing rings and they brought out two racks full for me to try on! I fell in love with this ring and me and the ladies were having a blast. I sent photos to my boyfriend and told him that i fell in love with a ring and that the ladies would be expecting him hehehe. I left the store and 15 minutes later returned because my hubby sent me the money and told me to go get the ring <3 Thats my amazing Pandora experience. Enjoy :)

Had so much fun. Just walking by and saw a ring that caught my eye because I do own a number of pandora rings. Went in to just look and the sales associate Alex and I started to stack rings and it was fun. Bought one and going back for the other one. She was amazing. Keep her. She sells product.

I came pretty late in the day but the staff was still very lively and welcoming (as in, didn't look at me like they were just ready to close up and get rid of me), no one rushed me. They were very nice and non-judgmental, engaged in small talk with me. I felt like I was shopping with a good friend. They showed me a very nice bracelet I absolutely love and they were able to find the three earrings that I described very vaguely. I will definitely come back to this store. I can see that the staff really appreciates the products as much as I do.

I love the new “Ocean” theme charms! So I couldn’t wait to pick up a few more to add to my collection & also get a free bracelet with the promotion!!

The customer service was great! I was acknowledged as soon I walked in. The staff helped me to the best of their knowledge which allowed me to choose the charms I wanted.
