When I got there, I just needed to show photo of bracelet and the associate not only quickly got me the bracelet I wanted but also suggested other good designs and matching earrings as well. She also helped me pick a perfect size and printed out gift receipt. So, it was very helpful.

I was looking for a birthday gift for a friend and I was thrilled to see a half price sale. Her preference is the pink gold and there were lots of styles to choose from. The store was not busy and the sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful.

With Alexandria's help, I felt like I was shopping with a friend. She and her colleague were friendly, and knowledgeable and were able to help me replace a ring whose specific style was currently being retired (thankfully, they had inventory). I live in a remote community and prior to my visit to this store, had not had a chance to go to a mall in over 3 years. I was so impressed with the service and the experience and would absolutely attend this location again if I am ever back in Halifax. Alexandria even took the experience to the next level by sizing my finger, so now I can continue to shop Pandora online with confidence. Amazing job, store 218669!!

The girl who helped me at this store was amazing. She showed me more then enough products. And also helped me piece together a beautiful bracelet

Libby L was quick to greet me even with the store being slightly busy. Once Libby L was done with her customer she came over to me, told me about the Mother’s Day special and then asked if I came in for anything specific. I said yes and told her what it was and she got it quickly. Also she showed me other charms she thought I might be interested in and I ended up buying one of this too. She did not pressure me, very personable and made me feel important and valued. I will most certainly be coming back to this location. Service was excellent and what made it super exceptional was that you accept valid Status cards for Indigenous people.
