Estoy muy feliz con el trato de la juven Jennifer L, fue muy profesional buscándome opciones de compra, sin embargo ella no fue la primera persona q me atendió, la primera joven que me atendió me dejo perdida en la tienda, me dijo que no tenía la cadena que yo estaba buscando , y q diera vueltas por la tienda y verificara si me gustaba algo, y continuo con el siguiente cliente, tratándome muy hostil y subestimándome insinuando que yo no compraría, sin embargo Jennifer fue muy amable y me busco opciones, me permitió que me probara la mercancía , me busco opciones y fue súper comprensiva y profesional , más personas como ella y menos como la otra.

The store is clean, inviting and merchandise is well-displayed. The store is a bit cramped to walk through. The staff are excellent.

The associate was really friendly, and knowledgeable. The inventory was good, and there were a lot of i options. The products were beautiful - I love the Harry Potter collection

Libby was a lovely lady, showed & let me try on all sorts of bracelets with charms & beads Such a contrast from to Mic Mac Mall store, Where the sales lady had such long nails that she would not do up the clasp on my wrist saying she can not get it off once she had closed the clasp on it, so we left with no purchase, I was disappointed as was supposed to be my Christmas present from my Husband Libby was patient with me I narrowed it down to 2 brackets and found it difficult to choose, she explained about the bangle being more rigid but the rope bracelet was more fluid and as I have problems with my hands the rope bracelet would be easier for me to get on & off , excellent sales lady no pressure,

They did an amazing job helping by letting me see all the workers that wear different sizes to determine the right size for my best friends wrist They were the helpful friendly staff ever They made it easy shopping with my two little kids has I had to exchange 3 bracelets and pick up an order all at the same time

they were very helpful with trying to help me get the right size for a gift they let me pick up my order and then change the size after I realized it was the wrong size and they were very smiling and happy to interact with my kids while I was picking and exchanging my items

Devon waited on me and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by an associate. She was very polite and she helped me in finding the perfect gift for my sister. Great customer service.

The girl in the store were extremely friendly. They helped me find what I was looking for, helped and made good recommendations on what I should get

Had to make an exchange and Libby and the sales manager of the Halifax Shopping Centre made it a great experience. I was shopping on Black Friday, there was a little line, Bur Libby had the catalogue and we looked up the pieces I wanted before I even entered the store. They had exactly what I wanted, and am very happy with it.
