The person was so patient with me. She was understanding and agreed to hold my item that I wanted to purchase until sunday.

The saleswoman was very knowledgeable, even about a piece I was wearing that was over five years old. As a grandma, I was trying to pick items that were not too expensive, as I ahve many grandkids and wanted a charm for each of my 6 grandkids - she did not push the more expensive choices, which made the experience pleasurable.

When we walked into the store we were greeted and were asked if we needed any assistance right away. The sales associate that greeted and assisted us was Erica. There was also Ana who was there helping other customers. They were both so very kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. They made us feel comfortable. I hope that every time that I walk into Pandora that I will see Erica and Ana there!

The know of the associate Ashvir (not sure of spelling), she was very pleasant, took her time and knew so much about all the jewelry. Her love of jewelry was the same level as mine and she gave many suggestions regarding the jewelry and how to style! Loved her expertise professionalism and friendliness.
