The sales person, Ketaki was extremely helpful and very friendly. I went in with the intention of seeing a possible online purchase in person and she showed me that it wouldn't look the way I had hoped in a necklace and showed me another option I hadn't thought of. She did not try to upsell me, as I believe my two options would have cost the same. She was honest in my purchase and super helpful for future recommendations.

Rocky let me try on a bracelet I requested but when I asked to see a few other pieces she knew exactly where to find them and let me try them on.

I went during the Black Friday sale looking for a ring for myself and a Christmas present. Although I went on the second day of the sale, I should’ve expected less inventory but, I was still able to get the ring I was eyeing and with the help of Ketaki, I was quickly able to find a necklace for my best friend. She was total awesome and would love to get her help again.

We were greeted as soon as we were allowed to enter the store. The sales associate asked us if we needed and help and asked if we were shopping for a specific occasion. She offered us multiple options.

The associate are friendly and welcoming the customer they are knowledgeable about the product and the are suggesting more style to offer And kudos to Rocky she is amazing

From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by sales associate Erica. She was very knowledgeable and we were able to purchase exactly what we went in for.
