Ketaki was knowledgeable and friendly. She took time to help me. She was very friendly and helpful.

At first I was allowed to browse the store. It was an impromptu visit so I didn't have anything in mind at the time I walked in. I had some money left on a gift card that I was hoping to use. I loved some of the new merchandise that Pandora was offering. Since I was planning on buying something for myself, and didn't want to spend a ton of money (there is nothing that I really needed), I opted for some simple earrings. The sales associate helped me find something that she thought I would like including showing me some items that weren't on display. In the end I was very happy with my purchase!

The sales associate was patient and observant and took her time assisting me with my indecisiveness. She offered some suggestions and listened to me.

Well, I had bad experience before but this visit. Yesterday's visit was awesome. I believed it is depends of the person who's in front of you, who's helping you. Mine yesterday with my daughter was great. She was great. She was just really good to us and I think she's really good of her Job. There was a lot of things that we didn't even know. The safety thing or clip..... etc... It was Arshveer and I think she's also the store manager. You know guys, I am hoping that everyone in the store is nice as her. When we got to the store yesterday there was actually another person who worked there but she completely ignore us, Yes, ignore us. She was there she knew when we got in but nothing and then Arshveer walk in from the back and said can I help you. I was happy that it was her helping us we bought couple of items and coming back soon. For that person who ignore us c'mon, really!

My experience with Valerie at the pandora location at sherway was very pleasant. She was very knowledgeable about the new charms that were on display, and very kind. She also suggested some cleaning cloths which were a well received part of the gift
