Kathleen L (store manager) was very informative and patient with us as we looked around the store. It was very busy and we appreciated her answering our many questions we had. I am a new customer of Pandora and Kathleen was very kind to explain the different bracelets and kinds of charms they had. I will definitly be returning back to Pandora Sherway Gardens.

I was highly satisfied with my experience as the store had the charms in that I wanted for the promo. The sales assistant I spoke to on the phone before my visit made sure the charms I wanted to purchase were available.

The person that helped me was really friendly and accommodated my needs. She had patience to show me other size options of the ring and it made me more comfortable with my purchase.

Staff member Rocky assisted with broken bracelet and advised me to contact customer service to inquire if they would replace the bracelet as a year had past. Great customer service and was provided a gift card.

Both of the sales associates were great and very helpful the only think I didn’t like was that I couldn’t match the ring pink colour with the pendent colour.

Everything was perfect
