Erika happened to be on her own, I was client #2 and given my last visit there was not a success, this visit met up with my expectations. A few more clients entered as Erika patiently looked after my requests and made note of the other clients.

The staff member, Raquel, was quick and sufficient. She knew exactly where everything was and answered all our questions. She also gave us her personal opinion about some items and we really appreciated that. There were other staff members there as well who also were friendly and joined in with our conversation (end of day - just myself and husband in store). Overall, fantastic experience this time and really happy with our purchased items.
