I wanted to see 3 specific rings. The sales associate showed me the ones I was interested in and a ring that went with 1 of them that I hadn't considered.

Amazing costumer service, helped with all my needs during my shop. Went above and beyond with showing new charms and what is coming out. Overall a great experience and got everything I was looking for ! Will come back for sure

Sales associate was very nice and once it was my turn I was able to quickly get what I came to purchase. At the beginning I did wait over 10 minutes to be next with an employee because some customers were extremely slow.

The Associate Anne was very knowledgeable, and guided me very well to the gifts I was looking for. One was for my granddaughter's high school graduation and the other was for my daughter's 3rd baby that arrived in February. Another item is a ring for myself, but is out of stock and she will contact me when it arrives. She was very friendly and I really felt cared for. I really like Anna. She took her time with me. She carefully packaged the gifts well with attention to details. Very happy with her.

There was a line outside of the store, but the associates moved through patrons quickly and efficiently. When it was my turn, the sales associate was friendly and quick. I was exchanging sizes of a ring I had purchased and the whole process took less than 10 mins.

I visited the Pandora store at Sherway in search of a gift for my mother. Valerie B was amazing and patient and was able to recommend a beautiful ring as per my liking and price range! Great customer service :)
