Erika, the salesperson whom I had the pleasure of being serviced, was an extremely wonderful and professional employee who made my experience in store quite fantastic. She was knowledgeable about the jewelry and products, had a wonderful attitude and caught on quickly in regards to my jewelry style. I went in the store with the intent to take a quick look, and left the store with 3 rings that I adore! Im so thankful that she was in the store because she truly embellished the quality of my trip on a subpar level. Will be referring to friends and returning shortly!

The service at this store was really great! I had to wait about 5 minutes until a sales associate could serve me, however, she immediately apologized that I had to wait! The two sales associates were EXTREMELY friendly and personable. Maeve J served me and was absolutely amazing. From speed, to patience to personality, this girl made me want to spend more! I came looking for an item which was marked as out of stock online and I found it along with cute charms to start off my new bracelet!

Anna was knowledgeable and helpful. Anna and I looked at different options for my purchase. She put charms on my bracelet and showed me 2 PandoraMe necklaces and medallions so I could decide what I preferred.
