The person that assisted us was extremely knowledgable about the product. As well they spoke to us like people, with providing excellent customer service.

I went inside the store just to browse. The store looked inviting and there was no line up. I walked around the counters and did not see what I was looking for and as I was leaving an associate asked if I needed help. I asked her about the Harry Potter collection and she gladly took them out from under the counter to show me what was left from the collection. Sales associate was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable I ended up buying two charms and a bracelet on-line that day. I commend your associate for the great customer service I have received.
