Sirena was excellent in helping us select a gift for our daughter.

Because it was more than expected clean, had a variety of charms to chose from, and had super friendly staff/workers and since we didn't have an email she didn't stop looking for it until she found it I am very appreciative of the effort and time the workers give to us.

Sales associate Erica at sherway mall was great. Found a great pair of earrings for myself with my partner, we both enjoyed our time.

There was a wide variety of Disney charms to choose from. The sales associate was able to show me them all before I selected the ones I wanted. They were packaged very nicely with pleasing presentation.

I was at Pandora Sherway due to my being there for another appointment; the Square one location is where I usually shop due to its proximity to my home. Even so, the store at Sherway does not disappoint. Sirena B was very helpful and polite. I had the pieces in mind that I wanted and her service was quick. It is what I have come to expect of Pandora! I am an avid Pandora collector love shopping for myself and my near and dear ones. Will definitely be shopping again. Thanks!!

I think its nice having a bracelet because you can keep coming back, since i did not buy another charm since 5 years ago, but then i remembered i should be buying by wife charms like i promised. And the new christmas charm is awsome and will go well with my christmas scnoopy charm. also Erika C. was very nice and an awsome person.

Firstly the kind sales associate who came to visit me in the line was so kind especially when I asked for her personal opinion she provided me with all the help i needed. I was then allowed to go see a sales associate inside the store and there she helped me find the stack I wanted to create answered all my questions without hesitation gave me great advice for the management and care for the rings and was even able to sell me a care kit which I have been meaning to buy. Both sales associates were so kind, educated on the product and overall gave me a really positive experience.
