The saleleslady, ERICA, was extremely patient, helpful and creative in her ideas for the gift I was giving. I had phoned her earlier to ask about an item and she was wonderful, when I arrived, I had changed my thinking and she accommodated me, gave me fresh ideas and was truly helpful. I greatly appreciated her attentiveness and knowledge.

I was satisfied with the sales person's knowledge of the Pandora Me selection. She showed me alternative charms to consider. And she roped off the store at one point as too many people entered.
