The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. We liked the selection of rings that we looked to purchase. We also liked a pair of earnings recommended to us, and we might came back this week to purchase them.

I was able to get the strawberry charm. Very happy with it. The only down is that I have been looking for charms that in the website are showing as sold out like bird house spring and cant find it anywhere I wish there were a better system to receive charms and more availability for retired charms and ways to buy them

Sales person very helpful. Did not have to wait too long ( my own fault, person at the head of the line was also helpful in giving me detail on the new charms i.e. Harry Potter ). Always a pleasant experience at this location.

I wanted the size for my mom's bangle and I have asked for so many sizes. I had confusion with the size as my mom was not with me and the lady named Lidia helped me a lot with the size. I got a perfect match charms with that bangle. I am highly satisfied with whatever I have got.
