Ketaki was a pleasure to deal with. I had to bring back a bracelet I received as a gift...for a 2nd time. The 2nd time being after the 1 yr mark, but it was only a couple of months since the first return. She went to the manager and they provide me with a new bracelet...good customer experienc.

The sales person went over and above to help me out, she was very knowledgeable. Ketaki actually re designed my bracelet for me, she removed all my charms and put it back together so much nicer.

I was satisfied with the customer service I received upon entering the store. I was greeted and assisted in a fast, and timely manner. The sales associate helped me select a bracelet, and a charm as a birthday gift. She showed me a variety of different charms that matched the occasion and made my experience very pleasant.
