This Sherway location has become my home store as everyone in the store are very welcoming. The sale associate that help me was very nice.

Nikita, sales lead, was very patient and helpful. She spent with me long time and do not stop smiling.

I called in advance to see if they had what I wanted in stock and they did. It saved me a lot of time.

The website of Pandora items do not show the size (mm is better) of the charm, even we know the space of the bracelet. When I had bought the charm from the website, sometimes it not fit the space.

The staff was very cheerful and friendly. They took time to listen and explain things to not only myself but all customers in the store. It was very busy because of the current sale and all the staff conducted themselves in a professional manner even when some customers tried to take their turn before others.

Hana the salesperson was very helpful and patient while I was deciding on what to buy. I always feel welcome when I go to Pandora and the salespeople are always friendly. I have never had a bad experience.

I had gone to the erin mills store and they didnt have my size so the young girl called every store to find it for me. she went above and beyond. went to the other store and the ladys name Zen was excellent in helping me.

The sales lead that assisted me (Zenith) was amazing. She was very friendly and was able to exchange the broken bracelet we brought in without any issues. She didn't have the exact bracelet in stock that we had brought in broken, so she exchanged it with a comparable one and made my daughters day!
