The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions to help me find what I wanted. As I was buying gifts, her indication of the return policy helped persuade me to purchase from Pandora. The earrings I bought are lovely and I chose them from a display pairing.

I was highly satisfied after three of the associates were busy talking among themselves and when I asked for help she neglected my request. As a determine person I decided to speak to the another associate who was actually more concern about my needs. She then ask another assoiate to help me out. Kate and Sandra was exceptional and went beyond my expecatation. My bangle was stucked then Manager "Val" of the store stepped in and assisted the other ladies. They then realised it was faulty, so they decided to snap it off and replace it. Omg.....this was the best customer service I had ever experience at Pandora. These ladies was fantastic and very knowlegable about the Marchandises. They work well as a team. Val the store Manager, Ketaki the associate who cashed me out, Kate who welcome me so warmly and friendly also Last but not least Sandra who was fantastic in showing me more Marchandise. I even left with three bangles and a cleaning kit. She knows how to promote pandora. Lol....I love my bangles. Some were gifts but I had enjoyed shopping at pandora that day. Girls you are great, keep up the good customer service skills.

I had a problem with a clasp on a limited edition bracelet, past the warranty date. I was offering to pay to get it fixed, but because the bracelet is no longer made, they offered to credit the original price. This allowed me to replace the bracelet. This offer amazed me. The sales personnel went above and beyond what I expected. Thankyou Karma and the sales manager Sandra.
