I love pandora and it’s stores

I love this Pandora store for all the reason I checked. My customer service girl was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all the charms I was looking at and asking about. Her name is Destini. I very much look forward to my next trip to Pandora, because next time I will shop for me. :-) This trip to Pandora was for my niece's. :-) Hope whom ever reads this has a nice day. :-)

The employees are very friendly, helpful and professional. The store is beautiful and it is pleasure to browse. It is bright and clean and the employees are very efficient. There is always someone available to help.

The Sales rep. Raquel went over and above to help me locate a bangle I was looking for that was not available at this store. With her manager's permission she called different stores to locate the product and ultimately was able to order a transfer from a sister store. When the product arrived she diligently called to let me know. This was the BEST customer service experience I have had in a long time. Thank you.
