Sales associate took the time to locate the plentiful heart murano which she located on one of the displays. She was friendly and willing to help. She recalled having seen the charm and was more than willing to check each of the display windows, finally locating it in one of the displays in the store front.

This visit is the first time I have stepped into a Pandora store to consider a purchase. I had some idea of what I was looking for but the salesperson gave me several others to consider. She was patient, very knowledgeable ad honest. I ended up purchasing a beautiful necklace and am sending my boys to the store to speak to that very same salesperson to purchase some charms for the free bangle I received as a Mother's Day promotion. I was very very happy!!

Associate was friendly knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with’Bella’ When I walked in, one of the managers greeted me warmly and with a smile ‘Jennifer’ I come in pretty regularly but this made me feel warm and fuzzy.
